With 22 years’ experience in the fire industry, James is well-known and respected in the sector. As well as having a deep understanding of fire alarm And evacuation systems and devices, James also established Vimpex’s Rescue and Industrial Division. A passionate advocate of the Fire Industry Association, James sits on its board as a director as well as attending Fire Rescue Equipment, Marketing and Export Councils.

In this role, I collaborate closely with a dedicated sales team to supply equipment to the emergency services, military, and construction sectors. Additionally, I oversee the operations of the Vimpex Service Centre, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are promptly conducted to minimise downtime for our customers. Another aspect of my job involves identifying new equipment and product ranges.

Joining Vimpex in January 2023 Heath Cook has been in the fire and security industry for over 30 years, starting his career as a fire and security apprentice. Heath's made Southend-on-Sea an adopted second home. Heath is a keen guitarist and knows way too many useless facts (but good in a pub quiz)!

Matthew Bramham - Product Marketing Manager

Matthew Bramham joined in 2020 and began his journey at Vimpex Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer. In just three years, he's risen to the role of Product Marketing Manager, responsible for driving new product development and the company's marketing strategy.

I'm Jonathan, the Head of Production and Logistical Operations at Vimpex. My role is comprehensive, encapsulating all aspects of our electronic manufacturing operations, as well as overseeing our warehouse and quality assurance practices.

Becky Turner - Head of Finance and Business Systems
Finance and IT

Becky became a part of the Vimpex family in 2014, starting her journey as a dedicated Company Accountant. Over the years, she's embraced various management roles within our Operations departments.

Today, as our Head of Finance and Business Systems, Becky is at the helm of managing all the intricate financial details. She's also the guardian of our ERP system, Epicor, ensuring its smooth operation day in and day out.

I am Claire, the Head of Supply Chain at Vimpex.  I have experience across the supply chain working for both large international organisations and SMEs. My strengths lie in my organisation, teamwork and communication skills. I am enthusiastic about using my experience and skills to drive business efficiency and build capability, optimising supply chain operations and delivering effective inventory management.
