Regulation (EC) 1907/2006

As a company, Vimpex Ltd is committed to complying with all relevant regulations and directives, including REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulation 1907/2006.

REACH is a comprehensive regulatory framework designed to protect human health and the environment by regulating the production, use, and disposal of chemicals. As such, compliance with REACH is a legal requirement for all companies that manufacture, import, or sell chemical substances or products containing them in the UK and EU.

To comply with this requirement, Vimpex Ltd certifies that to the best of its knowledge all products that it manufactures and supplies do not contain substances listed on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern, as updated on 27th June 2024, in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight.

Vimpex Ltd require all suppliers certify upon commencement they are aware of their obligation, under regulation, to inform Vimpex Ltd on articles that contain substances on the candidate list above permitted thresholds within 30 days of its publication.

We understand the importance of REACH compliance for the protection of human health and the environment, and we are committed to ensuring that all of our products meet the requirements of the regulation. This policy is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure ongoing compliance with REACH.
