Vimpex and Eurotech joined forces last week to launch the first of a series of information sessions focused on Lockdown and how Identi-Cryer Voice Alarm Systems are contributing to safer schools.
With the increased awareness of the need to clearly instruct staff, pupils, and visitors in case of intrusion, environmental hazards or other life-threatening situations, dedicated lockdown alert systems are becoming more commonly specified in schools, colleges and other educational facilities.
Friday’s seminar at the Fire Industry Association headquarters in Hampton saw several customers experience first-hand the Identi-Cryer Lockdown system and how implementation of such products might contribute to safer schools and compliance with aspects of new public safety and lockdown regulations enshrined in Martyn’s Law.
Those attending also learned how Identi-Cryer might also be incorporated into Eurotech’s innovative wireless lockdown systems - thus simplifying provision of basic voice systems where the use of hard-wiring is not possible.
Vimpex are very grateful to the FIA for hosting the event and to the warm welcome offered to our guests by CEO Ian Moore OBE
